Thank you for the spices story in India. knowlegde is power. Where can I buy Cummings from? Did I spell this spice correctly?

@ Peter- The spice you are referring to is cumin. You can buy it at any Indian grocery store. Some of the major US supermarkets have them as well.

Dr. Gupta special about "spices in India" was very informative. Using natural herbs and spices can promote good health. It is good to have this knowledge at hand. Thank you Dr. Gupta
